業務内容
重度訪問介護従業者として、利用者様のご自宅やグループホームにて、家事援助および身体的介護を行っていただきます。また、医療的ケアの必要な利用者様には、喀痰吸引経管栄養などの医療的ケアも行います（喀痰吸引等３号研修修了者のみ）
As a home health care employee, you will provide housekeeping and physical care to patients in their homes or group homes.
試用期間
試用期間は1〜3ヶ月間となります。
The trial period will be 1-3 months.
就 業場所
利用者宅またはグループホームなど。勤務地は横浜市、八王子市、千葉県（鴨川市・富津市）など。
Users' homes or group homes, etc. Locations include Yokohama City, Hachioji City, and Chiba Prefecture (Kamogawa City and Futtsu City).
勤務時間・休日・休憩
シフト制（変形労働制）です。貴方のライフスタイルに合わせて働く曜日や時間帯を決めることができます。
Shift system (variable work hours). You can choose the days and hours that suit your lifestyle.
賃金
時給 1,300円（医療的ケアの場合1,500円）〜2,000円
夜間 1,625円（医療的ケアの場合1,875円）〜2,500円

就労時間 200H（医療的ケア）の場合
基本給 260,000
ベースアップ 20,000
処週改善加算 40,000
特定処遇改善 5,000
祝祭日手当（10H） 5,000
夜勤手当（100H） 37,500
通信手当（一律） 3,500
支給額 371,000
1,300-1,800 yen per hour,
1,625-2,250 yen at night

年２回支給（６月と１２月）
